4. Failure to learn the art of 'Failing'. Too often a beginning internet marketers tries something which doesn't work and then becomes frustrated too fast and quits. The truth is that the 'failing fast' concept is a required mind set. It means you should be ready to fail when you are starting your adventure on internet marketing field. The cost of 'failing' online is very low compared to a brick and mortar failure. Therefore, all successful internet marketers take 'failing fast' to an extreme. It is the best way to find a path which works. Even with success, 'failing fast' is still a core principle used by most successful internet marketers. A person who can't accept failure 8 or 9 times out of 10 is in the wrong business.

1. There are no tomorrow.. :) They are trying to make money immediately. Well, It's almost impossible for the beginner. A new baby born has to learn to crawling, walking and running eventually. It's all about time. Please be realize that your success will not happen overnight or by next week. Anyone who expect to earn profits with a new Internet Business without first learning the basic of internet skills and concepts will become very frustrated. Instead of wasting time trying to make money from day one, beginners should devote time to learning skills and building a foundation of internet marketing knowledge. The desire to make money right away makes beginners vulnerable to the many online scams trying to exploit them.

2. There is no free lunch. Internet is not a magic world. This is absolutely wrong to think that you will achieve success in internet business in an easy way. Too many Internet marketing beginners, for one reason or another, believe they can start an online business with ZERO money. An Internet Business has a MUCH lower startup cost than a conventional business, but it is NOT free! Some of the basic costs involved are web editing software, website hosting, and domain name purchases. Anyone unwilling to invest in these basics is not ready to make the commitment required for success. Beginners insure failure when they opt for free hosting and free or low-cost web design options. What we can do to reduce the start up cost is by doing it in a smart way. There are so many free advertising media we can use instead of spending much money to buy traffic.

When google's robot crawls your site, you have to make sure he doesn't find a deadlock. This is the importance of anchor text's role, prepare the way for him to be able continuing crawls the entire articles through these links. Well, you might think what about this blog, am I really apply what am I explain to you? How to know exactly whether our articles has indexed by google's robot or not? Simply type site:yourblogname.com on Google's search bar and hit enter. You may try and check this blog now. If your articles has been successfully indexed by google, your url's articles should be appear in the result. This is your early steps to build your success life. Keep focus in building your website. The good original contents you have in your website are much more powerful to gain you profit than the ads itself.

Hello my friend, today I'd like to share with you about great idea of what wealthy life is. This article will completing my previous articles about financial freedom and passive income. I got this great idea from Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby. Hopefully it will help you to figuring wealthy life clearly. Enjoy!!

A lot has been published about the motivation of success but very little about understanding the mechanics of wealth. The big secret is hidden in a famous little 18th-century classic book by oaty Scots philosopher Adam Smith. It is called "An Inquiry Into The Nature And Causes Of The Wealth Of Nations," nowadays just shortened to "The Wealth of Nations."

Smith published it in 1776, the year of American Independence, which is interesting, because if anything started the American Dream it was this book. It is a text that is as valid today as when it was written. In fact this book is in the economics curriculum of just about every university on the world.

Smith uses one critical word in his powerful book which is the key that unlocks the door to personal prosperity, self-esteem and happiness at work. The word we are looking for which leads to all wealth is... Exchange.

You have to give something in order to get. You cannot get rich by dreaming or thinking positive thoughts. You can only succeed if you have something to give - in return you will naturally receive all the wealth you can handle. You can't get more out of the system than you actually put in. It's as simple as that.

Businessmen (and women) in any society in the world, talk obsessively about "making money". Leaving aside counterfeiters, only governments make money. The treasury prints the stuff and then declares it valuable (Someone, I think it was another Adam Smith, the 20th Century US "funny money" philosopher, actually George J W Goodman, who joked about money from the treasury, saying that a government is the only institution that can take a valuable commodity like paper and, by adding ink, make it into something worthless).

Nobody "makes money." You trade for it. You earn it.

To understand the economics of success further, Adam Smith introduced the idea of Exchangeable Products. In earning a living, dealing with others and sharing relationships, we are all responsible for doing or making something which we can call a "product."

The product need not be a thing. We can carry out a service. But there is still a SOMETHING at the end of it. A gardener may serve with knowledge and skill of horticulture (plants and crops); what he does we can call "gardening." But his product would be stated slightly differently. His product might be flourishing healthy plants in an attractive fertile garden setting. You get the difference.

Society has become too complex for us to do everything we need to do for ourselves. So we each specialize and do what we are good at. In The Wealth of Nations Adam Smith called this the "division of labour". By working together on a project, we can achieve many times the success of a single individual working alone. Cooperation is the key to success. What we each produce is our contribution to making all this work, by which we earn our place in society.

Now here's the thing: if you want to get rich you just have to work out a way to leverage it, so you move product faster. For real wealth you need a good product, that people consider valuable, and you need to figure out how to move lots of that product into the hands of customers.

But did you ever hear this mentioned at wealth-building seminars? You'd think the magic of getting rich was just drawing it in. "Attraction". Just hold out your hand. It's baloney. You can't "attract" wealth. You have to give something.

Only by serving the needs of others and listening to their wants, can you create true success and real wealth. "Serving" doesn't mean you go and work for free (necessarily). It does mean you work on other peoples' needs, not just your own.

Adsense Update

Several days ago, one of my best friend, Steve Weber (the owner of Adsense Connection) shared to me about one important point about Adsense. This little mistake that have been taken by the most web masters brought failure to their Adsense income. Please read it carefully:

One of the biggest you can make when placing AdSense ads on your pages is placing TOO MANY ad units on a single page!

Besides how this SCREAMS to visitors that you are begging for them to help you make some income, it is not productive for other reasons too.

In all my testing, and from my research, it is obvious that less is more when it comes to better producing AdSense pages. Why is this?

First of all, the most important determining factor for people clicking your ads is how long they are spending on your site in the first place. When someone comes to a site which looks to be boring or simply full of ads, their response will be to click the back button and NOT one of your AdSense ads.

If your content is compelling and keeps a visitor on the site longer, they will be more likely to click an AdSense ad. The space you use showing all those many ad groups could better be spent featuring valuable content which the visitor will find interesting.

Secondly, Google is all about making money for Google. If you only select to have one ad group on your page, Google is more likely to populate that group with higher paying ads. If you have multiple ad groups on one page, Google will be forced to fill the many groups with some very low paying ads. Therefore, the average value of clicks on that page will be diluted by those lower quality ads.

Don't blindly trust this advice though. Testing is vital! Carefully record your clicks and earnings for a page over time. Then modify it (move or delete some ad groups) and let it run until you have a few hundred or so clicks again; record these and compare with the previous format. Then modify it and test again! Continued testing is KEY!

I think you'll find that less really proves to be more!

Google Adwords: Basic Rules # 2

As a professional advertising service, Google Adwords give its attention to creative advertisers, not just for money. It will be different when you publish your ads on PPC service such as Overture.com. You could easily lose your position if you do not set your bid at a highest price. PPC ads service give their attention to the highest price per click no matter how bad the ads is. This is what we call keywords bidding.
Among PPC services, keywords bidding is very popular. It happened every time. But now Google has a great solution for this cold war. Google gives an opportunity to every webmaster to have a highest ads position depends on 3 criterias: bidding price, ads relevance and number of clicks on our ads. In other word, Google always wants to provide relevant advertisement for every search made by your visitors.

Our ads (adwords) must be clicked by visitors at least 0.5% comparing to its appearance as a search result. It called "impression". When we get not enough impression (under 0.5%) then the keyword status which we put our bid on it will be disabled. For example, when we bid on keyword 'internet marketing' and at a certain time there are 1,000 people do the searching on 'internet marketing' phrase at Google and as the result our ads appears 1,000 times (1,000 impression). So, to get visible status our ads must be clicked by visitors at least 5 times for each 1,000 impression.

The formula is: 1,000 impression x 0.5% = 5 clicks.

If we just get 4 clicks for each 1,000 impression, well.. our keyword status will be disabled.

Literally, Google displays 8 - 10 adwords on each page. Please be aware that the lowest price of each keyword bidding on google adwords is 5 cents. Are we clear enough on this session? Let's defeat our competitors.. Victory!!! Oops... don't get rush.. Sounds easy, isn't it? Yeah.. until we learn how to do it. See you tomorrow.

Google Adword: Basic Rules # 1

Hello again.. First, I want to thank you for Sider for his comment yesterday :) . Thanks, guys.. sorry for the delay. Okay, today we're gonna continue our sharing about Google Adwords. Yesterday we have learned about what Google Adwords is. Google adwords is an advertisement service issued by Google to enable webmasters get their position in google search engine's first page. Why first page? Because if your ads is on Google's first page, you will get targeted traffics when somebody make a search at the same topic as yours. Actually you can get huge traffic via Pay Per Click ads service. The problem is you need to bid at the highest price to defeat your rival's ads who have the same niche with you. Sometimes it works well when you get sales in return. Remember that in internet marketing we have to working smart instead of working hard. I mean to know our financial capacity is a must. If we don't, in a short time we will say good bye and end up in a big frustration. I'm sure we don't want it, do we? Just go straight up, what is the point? Google Adwords has some rules we should know in advance. Here they are:

1. Our Adwords position depends on 3 criterias:

a. Our keywords bidding price
b. The ads relevance
c. The number of clicks on our ads

Wait.. don't be confused so fast. I'm gonna tell you a simple explanation: We'll have a bigger opportunity to get clicks from our visitors if we have a very relevant ads content comparing to keyword that we bid. The more clicks we get, the more opportunity for us to get highest position in adwords. What is the importance of having a relevant ads content? To defeat our rival's ads and get the victory!! :) I mean highest (no. 1) position on adwords first page. That is our main goal, my friend. Offcourse it is not just about defeat our rival's ads. What we are doing here is to defeat it with the lowest bidding price. Just say that we put our bid on 5 cents and our rivals put theirs on 15 cents. If we have more relevant ads content comparing to our rival's ads content, it will be a consideration for google to rank our ads higher than our rival's ads. Google loves a relevant and targeted advertisement.

Google Adwords: Introduction

We have learned many things about website optimization. So, what do you think about that? Quiet difficult to do? Well, there is no success without fail. Keep trying and focus on your goal, you will achieve what you want in life. Today, I have a good news for you if you did not get your success yet with website optimization. The main idea about SEO (search engine optimization) is to get a free targeted traffic from search engines like google, yahoo, altavista and else by optimizing our website. What is the good news? We can get targeted traffics from search engine itself without doing any SEO technique. How? We buy it !! Offcourse we need to spend some money in order to get the traffic (visitor). The most popular way is by using google adwords service. We can multiple traffics to our site fast with this service. This google's service called Google Adwords. Basically, google adwords has the same idea with PPC (Pay Per Click), where we trade some money to get clicks from our visitors. But actually there is a big different between Google Adwords and PPC service. Google Adwords is an unique advertising service. Pay per click usually use the bidding price to rank position in search engine, but not Google Adwords. The higher you set up your price for a click in PPC, the higher you will get your rank position. Active Income vs Passive Income

Remember my friend, there is no free lunch. You want to get your lunch, then you have to work for it. So, what is the different between active income and passive income if we still need to work? The difference is when we've successfully build our passive income, the system that we already have on it will make us easier to generate more money comparing to active income. In active income, we spend same time everyday to get the same amount of money, again and again. Passive income is about to build massive system to generate unlimited income for life. When we get success in one system then we can duplicate or improve that system to generate more money for us. Need an example? Okay.. How much do you paid to work for 8 hours a day in your ordinary work? Let's say you get US$5,000/month. This is your earning for active income. How about the opportunity in passive income? I'll take google adsense as an example. We build one simple website, load it with adsense code, and we successfully generate US$20/day. That means we earn US$600/month just with one simple website/blog. If we build 10 simple websites? That's equal to US$6,000/month. How about 100 websites? It is not difficult at all if we know how to generate income using one simple adsense website. Use the same proven system and you will be able to reach your dream, with a little effort of work at last. That doesn't mean you can doing nothing in the beginning. In fact you have to working hard to make the system work and make it happened eventually. With active income, you spend all your time in your office, have "a great day" with your boss :( and low quality time for your lovely family. The good thing about active income is you have safety monthly income for your family until you get fired. In other hand, with passive income you need more time at the beginning to build the system, and might be cost as well. The good thing is you could do this in your own comfort home and you have time for your family. When you successfully build the system works for you then the risk is you could multiple this system, work in the comfort of your lovely home and still have a great quality time for your family. Hello again, my loyal webmaster. Financial Freedom is a final goal for every webmaster in the world. I'm pretty sure that 99% of webmaster in the world are on their own way to reach financial freedom. Passive income is one of the great way to reach financial freedom. Can we reach financial freedom if we just have active income as our monthly income? Absolutely, with one condition if we can save our money 300% or more, greater than our living cost. If we have no chance to do that, then passive income is our perfect way to financial freedom. When we hear the word financial freedom, what is the first thing that appears in our mind? We usually think about nothing worry about money again, we can spend so much money as we want to buy a newest unreasonable price sport car, buy "a castle", make everyday is a holyday. Am I right? Come on, be honest to yourself :) Well, I tell you the fact. If this really what you think about financial freedom and your desire living style, you will be ended up with a great frustration and also stop your steps to financial freedom before you start anything to achieve that. Did you get my point? It is good to have a big dream. If we want to success we absolutely need to have a dream. That dream becomes our goal. It's very confusing, isn't it? You know what, financial freedom have nothing to do with the lazy life. If we think that what we do now in internet marketing is about to get an easier life without doing anything anymore but get everything we want, then lazy life is our currently goal and not certainly financial freedom. Passive income as a ride to financial freedom is not about doing nothing. We will still need to do something as maintenance's act even when we have successfully reach financial freedom.

Existence of Passive Income

Welcome back my friend. As we know passive income has a great influence for internet world. It is successfully makes every webmaster in the world chasing it every single day, 24/7. The classic question is does passive income really exist or just a day dream? We are here now to share about it. When a newbie read there is an opportunity to make money in the internet, it usually makes him very excited with a big dream about getting rich easily. We can figure this as a villager read a news about the sparkling of a city. There are hopes to get a good job in the city, doing some simple things and get huge income for the work and getting rich eventually. Very simple. If you are one of them, you will be very disappointed when you realize that this is not true. Passive income is like a beautiful virgin lady. Everyone dreams about it, day and night. So, considering all of these useless activities in order to chasing passive income, we come to our conclusion that passive income does not exist!! :( . Wait... well it's all depends on what perspective thinking we have on it.
First, we should know what the definition of passive income is. Passive income is about building a system that does not trade time for money. It is about building a massive system that could work for a long time.
Do you have any idea about this? What I mean with trade time for money is you spend times to do your work and receive money instantly for your work. Sound familiar? Yes.. exactly!! This is what happened in our ordinary work. We go to work early in the morning, get our work done a whole day and back to home in the mid of night. Take some rest and repeat the same activity day after day. That is active income and certainly not passive income. Is that what you want, working everyday for the rest of your life? Now a days, Passive income becomes the most popular subject in internet marketing. Passive income brings so many great promises to every webmaster to reach their financial freedom for life. Do you have any idea what passive income is? I don't... please kindly tell me about it :) .. just kidding. I'm not gonna teach you about passive income here, I just ask you to take some times reading this article and think about it wisely.
The very first time, we need to know about its existence. Does passive income really exist?
To answer that simple question we have to know what passive income is.
Many webmasters in the world especially the beginner in internet marketing field have a wrong understanding about passive income. They defined passive income as a making money opportunity that could be done by setting up a simple easy thing, wish the project be able to runs automatically, doing nothing for the rest, getting rich in a short time with a little effort of work and ended up with wealthy life forever. If this is what truly happened, I absolutely will be the volunteer.
This kind of thinking makes the internet as a wide open media for many cyber crimes. We called it scam. Scam is a fake opportunity about making money opportunity. It usually gives us big promises to achieve huge amount of money in a short time, pay a little sum of money as a lifetime membership, doing nothing and get rich fast. Many people falls in this crime scene.
Do you realize that whenever you get into an opportunity that ‘claims’ to give you a passive income, you end up being overwhelmed with lots of disappointed and often have to work like a dog? That’s when most people give up.
Truth is, there is no such thing as making money without having to do anything. If such opportunity exists, it’s most likely a scam (unless you’re talking about putting your money in the fixed deposit).
Okay then.. what is the point about this? Does passive income really exist or just a phenomenon?

Off Page Optimization # 2

Okay, we have learned about Off Page Optimization. This is the summary from my previous articles: It's all about how to make our website or web pages become the most popular one for search engine. We can't do it just by writing good articles for sure. He needs some other good reasons to give our website status as indexed. So, we must consider some ways (techniques) to make our website indexed by the crawler faster.

1. Use the right title font format (h1) as requested.
2. Use your main keyword as a part of your title.
3. Place your main title at the top of your web page
4. Use the right subtitle font format (h2) as requested.
5. Manage your keyword to be 3 - 8% comparing to your total words in your article.
6. 'Bold' your keyword which appears for the first time in your article.
7. Use Anchor text as your link agent. Create path ways for robot in order to make your articles get indexed.
8. Add "alt tags" with your main keyword when you upload images into your article.
9. Make sure you use the correct template format.

You could read the details of 9 points above at my previous articles.

Now, continuing our last topic, we can do some other techniques in order to get high quality one way link back to our site. Here are some of them:

1. Post your opinion in public forums which have a related topic as your niche. Do this as your daily activity. Hint: If you do not have PageRank bar in your browser, you could visit google and type 'download pagerank' in search bar. It will navigate you to get the program for free. Then simply follow the instruction on screen to install it.
With this PageRank (PR) bar, you could easily check out other website's PR. Find some forums where they put the comments on a page with minimum PR 2 or PR 3. When you submit your comment, always use your URL as your signature. It will create a one way link back from certain high PR web page to your site.
2. Manage for link exchange with other relevant websites which have at least PR 2 or higher. The more you get high PR links to your site the more you get opportunity to increase your PR.
Here are your guidance for PR level:
PR 0 = no way man!!
PR 1 = Okay for beginning
PR 2 = Alright!!
PR 3 = Good
PR 4 = Really Good
PR 5 = Awesome
PR 6 = WOW
PR 7 - 9 = You are the man!!
PR 10 = Dream it :)
Hint: remember to always be polite when you ask for link exchange.
3. Create some other relavant blogs using different engine (blogger, wordpress, joomla, etc), then add your main URL as a link partner in their pages. It called dummy blogs. This technique will increase one way link back in an easy way to your main website and make it looks important.

Off Page Optimization

As we know, there are 2 kinds of website optimization media:
- On Page Optimization
- Off Page Optimization

We already learned about On Page Optimization. Today we'll continue our topic with the second media, Off Page Optimization. What is Off Page Optimization? It's all we need to do to increase our website popularity. The main idea about Off Page Optimization is to make search engine display our website in their first page. Which one is more important, On Page or Off Page Optimization? They are both important. So what should we do? As its name, Off Page means we take some actions outside of our website. The most popular way is by building a network, known as back link. There are 2 kinds of back link: One way back link and Two way back link.
Most of webmaster working hard to build two way back link by ask other webmaster to do link exchange. This is the easiest way to building link to our site. When you do this, please remember to always make an exchange with some other relevant websites. If your website is about shoes, then it will be okay if you make a link exchange with other websites which provided women bag as their product. You could ask for link exchange by visiting other relevant website through google search engine. There are some other methods to get quality one way link back to our site in easy way. I'm so sorry that I'm not feeling well in a couple days, so I will share it with you tomorrow. Keep in touch with me..

Optimizing Website # 2

Okay, let's continue our topic: Optimizing Website part 2. Here are 5 others:

5. Make sure you put 3 - 8% main keyword in your contents.
In case there are 1000 words in your article then the keyword must be appeared between the range 30 - 80 times. You have to manage your article so these number of keywords become a part of your article. You have to do the same if your article only has 100 words in it. You will need 3 - 8 times the main keyword appear in your article. In other word, It doesn't matter whether you have 1000 or 100 words, the most important is the right proportion of your keyword.

6. The first main keyword that you put in your article should be in 'bold'. Please check out this article, I wrote optimizing website in bold. This is the way it works. When google robot crawling our site, he will crawl every article we have on our site. Remember that robot read our articles in HTML codes. 'Bold' style will draw his attention. Why? Because he will find the HTML format for bold style -- ..... This is the way to tell him that the words is important. When he find that these important words match to our title and considering the use of the keywords as mentioned on point 5 above, the robot will mark that article as indexed.

7. Use Anchor Text as your hyperlink agent. What is anchor text? Anchor text is a word or phrase in our article which has a function as a link to other article. When we want to make a link between one article to another, use your article's word or phrase as a link agent instead of typical text such as "click here". I use anchor text in this article. If you click on "Optimizing Website" phrase at the beginning of this article, the link will navigate you to the previous article about Optimizing Website. Why we should do this? Our website contents is like a wide area for google robot. The first time he comes to our site, he will read our website title then he begin to crawl to find whether our articles are relevant to the title or not. When he find them match to each other, our website is indexed. But not our contents!! That is only our main website. So we need to create path ways for him among our contents to avoid the robot find a dead end. We have to do this in order to make sure all of our web page to be indexed.

8. Add 'Alt Tags' when you uploading the images.We are able to recognize a nice pictures visually, the robor can't. He only read HTML code so... we can easily trick him!!! It's cool, isn't it? If we put bananas picture as an image in our article, we can easily convince him as volcano picture or anything else. How we do that? After uploading picture, go to edit HTML code and find "(Alt="") . Type the description you want (main keyword) between the appostrophy.Example: (Alt="vocano"). This will tell the robot that the image is a volcano picture.

9. Make sure that robot comes to our Title loaded with keyword first before the other.

There are many style of blog's template. Usually blog's template divided into several columns. Choose the one whit the title column on the left side of the template.

Hello again, webmaster. Today I'm gonna share about how to pleasure the google robot so it willing to working hard for us, generates free targeted visitors to our site. First I'd like to say that content is a most difficult part in building a good optimized website. We must provide what human wants and robot wants at the same time. But if we do it correctly then it would be the most powerful weapon in optimizing our blog. So, I have to write it very carefully. Okay, I guess you already knew how to make a good article. That's a good start. What we need to do now is convert that good article and make it be able to be read by the crawler robot. This is the easier way to understand: Everything in the world need an entrance to go inside a room, isn't it? When you open a door, the first thing you see in that room will be your first attention, right? That's exactly what happened when robot crawls our site (Let's pretend that the robot is a male). He (robot) needs an entrance to crawl our site and the first code he read will be the most important code for him :) . It's cool, isn't it? And I'd like to tell you that he comes from the top-left side of our optimized website. It means our blog title will be the first code he read!! There are some important things in writing article as a content of your website:

1. Make sure that the main title use "<h1>" type.
The source code format is: your main title between that codes (I'm sorry, I have a problem to upload that format, because it does not allowed by blogger).
You can check it by hitting 'edit HTML' in your 'manage post' tab.

2. Title must contain your main keyword.
For example, I targeted "internet marketing" phrase. Then I use that keyword as a part of my main title: internet marketing income. This is the first code he read. Now he know that my site's main keyword is 'internet marketing'. The next step is about to convince the robot that internet marketing is truly my main keyword.

3. Place your main title at the top of your website.
The top left side of your blog is the entrance for robot to crawl your site.

4. If you have subtitle in your blog, make sure the subtitle using "<h2>" type.
This type is requested by the robot.

Alright, since this is a difficult thing to be learnt and to make you keep focus on this topic, I'll let you practice it first before I continue with other 5 points. We will meet again tomorrow and share the rest of these important points.

Website Optimization # 3

Content. The heart of a website are good contents and articles. Why? Because good articles generate free visitors to your website significantly. When your targeted visitors feel that your articles give them a brand new information every single day, it will draw your visitors attention and they will be back again and again as a result. Well you know what does it mean. You have more chances to get revenue from adsense's click. The question is: "how come our contents optimizing our website?". That's a good question. Alright, like I wrote in my previous article, there are 2 aspects about articles. First, article for human target. It means when we write an article we should considering our words choice, the politeness of our wording, good grammar and color. It all deals with visual things. That's what I already explained at the top of this article. But when we deals with Seach Engine Optimization always remember that we do not just interact with human. The most important in order to optimizing our website is we should deals with search engine's crawler robot. And quest what.. it doesn't care eventhough you are a number one writter in the world. It even doesn't care if you are a president!!. It only cares with your website's source codes. Please refers to Website Optimization #2.

So what is a correlation from all of these weird things for us as a webmaster?
We build a blog or website to generates profits, don't we? May be some others built a blog just for fun or as their online diary. But not certainly us. We already knew our goals and targets. Keep it in your deepest mind. So the correlation between us, targeted visitors, good articles and robot is: we build a good web blog fills with a bunch of good relevant articles to get revenue from human contribution. That is adsense work. We need visitors to make it happened. The problem is visitors need some reasons to come to our website. That is the contribution of the robot. It brings them to our website. So, if we do exactly what the robot wants it will works hard for us and navigate free targeted visitors to our website in return. Visitors read our relevant articles, feel happy, make a click on adsense ads, we are rich!! That's the point of SEO. Everyone happy :) Is it over? NO!!! It ain't over yet, my friend. Oh no, what we missed? We already knew how SEO works. The next question is: What exactly the robot wants? A pancake? YES!! but not as real. It wants pancake in HTML code :( . Hello, today is Sunday so I just want to say have a nice weekend to you. Wishing for your successful life. I'm not gonna talk about internet marketing today, let's have a break. Well after all articles and blogging tips I've been submitted on this blog I realize that you might checked out my own blog to see whether I have did what I said or not. I'm totally agree with you because I usually do the same to make sure that I visiting a qualified website. You know when I start to blogging with this niche I have not much times to make it optimize because of my busy daily activities. I had a chance to advertise it more serious and did some necessary things to optimize it about a week ago. That's a good point here. I can use this simple blog as an experiment. I noted that at that time my Alexa Rank is 5,419,300. It means my site has a poor popularity. The most important site will be ranked as number 1 by Alexa. Then during this week I tried to customize my blog by following Search Engine Optimization technique as described in all of my articles and I'm happy enough with the significant result. Today my Alexa Rank value is 2,733,026. I'm sure there are so many techniques to boost traffics better than mine. That's the point. The only reason I'm here is to share with you which technique gives the best result. So, keep in touch with my blog, bookmark it if you think it's necessary and we'll achieve our smooth success together. You might be also have the same question about my PageRank value. As we already know that Alexa has a big different with PageRank. Alexa Rank display our site popularity by concerning daily unique visitors to our site. It means if you open up your own web blog's URL 1,000 times a day, it will not increasing your Alexa Rank significantly because those hits come from the same IP address. PageRank look up our popularity site by concerning how many back link we have on our site. One way back link to our site will boost the rank value. It means when a relevant sites (sites with the same topic) which have higher PageRank than ours make a one way link back to our site, it will increase our site's PR more significant. Do you miss something? Look, if we have zero PageRank there is no way a higher PR site make a one way back link to our site. That is very reasonable. Unless... you have a very-very good, valueable- targeted content in your website. That process could not be done in just a few days or weeks. I believe it takes more than a month to get the result. So, while we wait that great time come to us, we better keep trying to optimizing our blog instead of just waiting and doing nothing. Remember what we are doing here is not to build our success life just for months but to achieve our financial freedom for the rest of our life. Website Optimization # 2

Hello webmaster, today I will share about Meta Tags. What is meta tags? Is it a kind of delicious food? Well I have delicious pancake at the top right of my main web page. Do you want some? Just click and send me your email address I will send it directly to your mailbox every single day :)

Okay, let's begin. On Page Optimization #2 : Meta Tags.
Meta tags is a bunch of information about our "niche in short" that we need to insert in the "source code". Source code is a HTML or XHTML language (depends on your web engine). If you using blogger as your website engine, simply go to 'Layout' and then press 'Edit HTML'. The HTML language will be displayed on your computer screen. Where should it be placed? Between head and head (I found a problem when I tried to type these tags because it is not allowed by blogger). Okay in order to find the position, press 'alt + F'. Empty 'Find' tab will appear at the left-bottom of your browser. To generate your meta tags, you could go to google and search for 'free meta tags generator'.

There are 3 important items in meta tags: Title, Description and Keywords.

Meta Title. Put your blog's Title between the tags (replace your TITLE here with your title). Only input the main word, without any unnecessary conjunction. Example: Planning A Wedding | Wedding Ring | Wedding Planner. Use separator between each targeted word (separator can be shown by pressing 'shift' together with '\' . Meta title will be appeared at the top of your browser (blue border).



Meta Description should contains your most important information about your blog. It should loaded with all of your Keywords that you've been used in Meta Keyword. Remember to load only the important words.

Meta Keyword should contains some targeted keywords and it should be related to your niche (topic). How many keyword should we use? The answer is: it depends on how long your article is. If your article is quite long and have many keywords in it, you can put 3 - 6 keywords for one page. But in case you wrote short article then you just need to insert 1 targeted keyword.

Tips: Do not add any other Keywords to Meta Keywords and also other Meta Tags if you do not have those keywords in your content.

Conclusion: Meta Tags (=Meta Title + Meta Keywords + Meta Description) should contain the same targeted keywords without any unnecessary words.

Note: Especially for blogger, just note that not all template support this meta tags. If you put in your meta tags and the web page running in error, you should pick another template and try again. Have a nice weekend.

At the previous article a few days ago I've share with you about Website Optimization already. It was not quiet a complete article but that was the basic about optimizing our website/blog. Website Optimization or popular as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) have so many aspect on it. The only idea is how to make our blog/website indexed by search engine. So many webmasters have a misunderstanding about this. They though Search Engine Friendly's blog could be build using a good keyword. It is not that simple.
Actually SEO have 2 important steps.

1. On Page Optimization
2. Off Page Optimization

Ok, what is On Page Optimization? As its name, it is all about everything we should customize inside our blog. The aspects are:

1. Keyword
2. Meta Tags
3. Content

Here we go. Keyword.

Find your targeted keyword. Keyword is not just about a specific word that we put in our articles. It begin on domain name selection. The more targeted our domain name the more important our blog for google's robot. It is a good thing if you could branding your domain name. I mean you create a specific name that does not exist yet on the net. For Example, I build this blog for internet marketing purpose. Actually I'd like to branding my blog's name to internet marketing.blogspot.com. But that name is too general and there are huge number of competitors use the same phrase. Then I decided to choose another phrase related to that topic: internet marketing income. How to choose a good keyword? You could generate it using free keyword generator such as wordtracker.com.
Here is a tip to use this free tool. Type your selected keyword in search tab. When the result appears on the screen, use another free tool: google search engine to see how many website provided for that keyword. Google will show it at the top-right border of your screen. Now take a look at the link below the ads. For example, if you choose internet marketing as your keyword and search it on google the result that you will see on your competitor ads is: romisatriawahono.net/category/internet-marketing-business.
This ads appears as number five at the first page of google search. Did you see that at this link "internet marketing" phrase appear on the 3 level deep!!
